The history of the machine tools built by Škoda Machine Tool begins in 1911. During the following ninety years a great number of unique, extremely accurate and reliable machines has been developed (has been produced / has occurred), which have been awarded (marked out) frequently at different machine building shows, fairs and expositions. Since 1945 more than 4,000 machines have been built and exported to more than 35 countries worldwide.

Skoda’s professional team of skilled experts always aims for satisfying its customers. Approved technical solutions are constantly compared with new, trend-setting technologies to find the optimal way of machining for the customers.

With their main components made of heavy castings all machines are built in accordance to the EU-conditions (CE, UL, CSA, etc).
